Message	these issues. Bearings look pretty wiped. Scoring on the cylinder walls and on the pistons. Did you do a compression check or leak down test relatively close to when you started tearing down the engine? Did you contact EPR? What did they have to say? For stock clearances see the FSM, for modified engines, your going to have to search TT.net or use the part manufacturer specs.
